L’annonce du président Abdelaziz Bouteflika, qui a déclaré renoncer à briguer un cinquième mandat et reporter l’élection présidentielle, n’a pas mis fin aux manifestations de la jeunesse algérienne. Et pour cause, en reportant l’élection, Bouteflika allonge implicitement son quatrième mandat, ce qui est perçu par les étudiants comme une “insulte envers la jeunesse algérienne”.
